Philanthropy

One of the founding philosophies of the business is to assist people, organizations and causes that deserve the help of others. As a relatively young business, our contributions and activities to date have been modest but include charitable contributions to local and international charity organizations.

In 2011, The Investment Store sponsored a team (Tweedle Dee) in the Oxfam Trailwalker in Taupo. This event is described as the World's greatest team challenge, and requires all 4 team members to walk 100km in under 36 hours. Tweedle Dee and our accompanying team, Tweedle Dum , managed to cross the line in 27 hours, and raised collectively over $8,000 for Oxfam's various causes around the world.
